So I've decided to write my essay on gender biasing in the classroom. So far, i'm not sure where i'm going with my essay, and i'm not sure how to write a research essay that's not persuasive, so this is going to be a first. I'll feel a little incomplete when i'm "done" with my essay just because there won't be a "what you can do about it" section.
Well, from what I understand of the assignment, it is more like a personal research essay to discover more about a topic. I am going to write it in an impersonal way, and pose my main question as the thesis and then go on from there asking a couple of rhetorical questions along the way. Good Luck Sadie.

Ya like Clelland said, we are just looking into a subject and finding out more about it. Because you are doing it on gender biasing in the classroom I think it would be a good idea to find a case where gender biasing is pretty obvious and take it into depth and possibly explain why it is happening and not just how it happened. I like your topic because gender biasing anywhere is a big issue.
